Strategy consulting

Coaching and sparring
We help individuals identify their priorities in both daily life and their careers, and align these with the goals set by the employer. A key objective is to harmonize the views of both employer and employee, develop the individual’s working practices and reflective abilities, and enhance learning through experience. In most cases, the trainee is a key person within the company: a director, manager, supervisor, or expert. Coaching is solution-oriented and can be tailored to individuals or small groups.
The use of an external expert can also help resolve internal conflicts and overcome deadlocked problems.
